I had the privilege of meeting Justin while helping coach at the Good to Great Lacrosse Camp at Amherst College. Justin was extremely welcoming and brought me into his circle having not known the other players who were helping coach the camp. He brought me into his group of friends and made the week a whole lot more fun than I could’ve imagined. This past summer we ran into each other in New York City. We shared some great laughs and stories about lacrosse and bar crawls from the past few weekends

Gotta love Justin. I will always respect his ‘What you see is what you get’ personality. Could make people laugh....especially / even when we were supposed to be serious. Programs, Chapel, Dorm.... Justin had fun ...

On a visit to us in Lafayette, Justin comes downstairs and takes a seat at our kitchen counter. With a wry smile and a little sigh he says “Mr. Shore, they party a little harder at Cal than I’m used to, but I like it.”

We got to celebrate Justin’s 21st birthday with him and a few of the lacrosse guys in Dorado Beach, PR. It was such a fun week. Justin charmed his way to my heart. I’ll remember Justin as funny (loved his sarcastic humor), genuine, and quick to smile. I’m picturing him in Heaven with Zoe, our sweet golden retriever’s head in his lap; they were good buddies. Rest in peace sweet Justin.

I’ll never forget Justin’s passion to compete – whether it was lacrosse practice, academically or a game of NHL on Xbox, Justin was always ready to put it all out there and play with anyone. He was a fun-loving and sensitive soul and he will be missed dearly.

We remember Justin as this tall, handsome kid that ran up to my husband after a game, asking him to examine his nose which was checked in a game 3 weeks before. My husband thought he had just got hit and tried to correct it on the spot, which is really painful if it already started the healing process 3 weeks before! And yet, he didn't flinch. My husband was shocked to learn it was a 3 week old injury and we marvelled at how tough he was... The Parks
